Biography
Tracey A. McLean brings her nearly three decades of experience defending employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation claims across New York State. Representing clients, Tracey has handled matters involving virtually every type of injury or occupational disease claim and in various types of work settings.
In addition to her practice, Tracey has dedicated countless hours in community service through her involvement with numerous legal agencies and organizations. She is a member of the Arbitration Panel for the Syracuse City Court, adjudicating cases and issuing binding decisions on disputes; as a Law Guardian in the Fourth Department, representing and protecting the interests of children in legal proceedings; and as a Pro Bono panelist of the Onondaga County Bar Association, providing legal advice and assistance to victims of domestic violence. She also serves as a fundraiser and event-coordinator volunteer and dog mentor for the Central New York SPCA.
Tracey is also a member of the Central New York Workers’ Compensation Bar Association, New York Self-Insurers Association, New York State Bar Association, and the Onondaga County Bar Association. She has been recognized by the Upstate New York Super Lawyers (Workers’ Compensation) in 2010-12 and 2017-2020.
