Biography
Rebecca Prosper brings almost a decade of litigation experience in state and federal courts, having tried numerous cases to verdict. She represents clients in a range of litigation matters including transportation, gig economy, premises liability, general liability and trucking. Rebecca has also litigated many cases to final disposition before arbitration panels, and while serving as an arbitrator, adjudicated cases in personal injury, premises liability and motor vehicle accidents.
Previously, Rebecca served as an Assistant City Solicitor in the Civil Rights Unit for the City of Philadelphia. In that role, she was lead attorney in hundreds of litigation cases handling development of case strategy, conducting discovery and motions practice, and settlement negotiations. Following her work as the Assistant City Solicitor, Rebecca
entered private practice as an associate specializing in insurance recovery litigation, premises liability defense and toxic torts.

Earlier in her career, Rebecca was selected to participate in Drexel University’s Leading for Change Fellowship 2017-2018 Cohort in recognition of her leadership ability. Through this experience, she worked collaboratively with other young leaders in city government to develop cost-effective and socially conscience strategies and solutions to the challenges facing the City of Philadelphia at that time.
Rebecca is actively involved in numerous charitable organizations including the American Red Cross and Heifer International, an organization dedicated to ending hunger and poverty in a sustainable way by supporting and investing alongside local farmers and their communities. In her free time, Rebecca also enjoys spending time with her family, especially her nieces and nephews.
