Mark D’Amore graduated from Rutgers University in 1984. He received his J.D (Juris Doctorate) from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 1988 and moved to Florida in 2016. He is a full-time member of the Florida Bar, Palm Beach County Bar, and North Palm Beach County Bar Associations.
During his 27-year career, Mark has successfully represented both Plaintiffs and Defendants in substantial Civil litigation matters as well as both Petitioners and Employer/Carriers in complex Workers’ Compensation cases. He practices exclusively in the area of Workers’ Compensation law, concentrating on the defense of Employers, Carriers, Self-Insurers, and Third-Party Administrators. He is also a current member of the Civil Trial and Workers’ Compensation Sections of the Palm Beach County Bar Association. For nearly three decades, he has enjoyed running his own law firm or working as a valuable team player with several very well-respected law firms and is a very passionate supporter of a variety of charitable organizations.
