Ms. Larkin is an attorney in the Philadelphia office of Vaughan Baio & Partners. Ms. Larkin focuses on civil litigation matters, including construction defect litigation, products liability, premises liability and other general liability litigation. Prior to joining Vaughan Baio & Partners, Ms. Larkin represented creditors and debtors in bankruptcy matters, and credit unions in foreclosures and collection matters in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She handled complex commercial litigation and civil litigation cases. Ms. Larkin is experienced in federal and state court litigation, including complex litigation trials, motion practice and negotiating settlements. Ms. Larkin graduated magna cum laude from Widener University Delaware Law School. She graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with High Distinction with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Marketing. While in law school, she worked as an extern for the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and was a certified legal intern at the Delaware County District Attorney’s office. She was also a senior staff member on The Delaware Journal of Corporate Law and was the recipient of the Lucinda L. Peipher Award in International Law.
Ms. Larkin is admitted to practice in the state courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey.
