Biography
Jordan J. Freeman focuses his practice on litigation as a member of the firm’s General Casualty group. In his work, Jordan provides counsel and representation to carriers, third-party administrators and self-insureds in matters involving general operational risks.
Jordan has worked as an Assistant Defender with the Defender Association of Philadelphia, which strives to improve judicial outcomes by providing exceptional legal representation, courtroom advocacy and access to social services. He represented indigent clients and juveniles in state courts, at civil and criminal mental health hearings, and as a child advocate in pre-trial hearings and post-incarceration transition back into the community. During this time, Jordan was also a faculty member of the Drexel University Kline School of Law where he served as an Adjunct Professor, teaching trial advocacy and coaching with the competition Trial Team.
Jordan took the leap and relocated to Philadelphia from Connecticut in 2017, working on class action medical malpractice and antitrust litigation. He then went into private practice as an associate, handling criminal and immigration matters. Jordan has significant trial experience before juries as well as bench trials. Following law school at Western New England University School of Law in Springfield, Massachusetts, Jordan gained experience as a law clerk and paralegal, reviewing and researching issues in matters ranging from criminal law to insurance claims.
Jordan has been recognized as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2020, 2021 and 2022.
