Biography
Charli Baldinger brings a 360-degree perspective to her workers’ compensation practice having represented injured workers as well as self-insured employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators. This invaluable experience equips her to provide vigorous representation and insightful counsel to clients in all realms of workers’ compensation. Charli has extensive experience representing a wide variety of clients, including retailers, food and beverage, hospitality, and grocery industries, and for clients facing complex construction workers’ compensation matters. Charli approaches each client matter with a sense of realism and cost-effectiveness, which leads to successful outcomes as well as significant cost savings for her clients.
Charli successfully completed OSHA-30 Construction Safety and Health certification from the U.S Department of Labor.
Early in her career, Charli was in practice with a criminal defense firm where she represented high profile defendants in white-collar criminal matters such as securities fraud, racketeering and homicide. Beyond her practice, Charli is involved in local animal rescue efforts, coaching her daughter’s cheerleading team, and spending time with her husband, two rescue dogs and two young daughters.
